Pizza Making with Dan Roberts
Sunday, October 21st, 12:00-2:00pm
Join us for an afternoon of pizza making at Rabottini's! We will explore different dough-making processes, flour, preferments and pizza making styles. We will use produce from the farm to create delicious, unique topping combinations and we’ll discuss what it is that makes great pizza great! Hands on exploration of dough-making, oven management and lots of pizza tasting along the way.
Dan has been a part of the farm team at WFCF for over 10 years. For the last year and a half, Dan had previously been running Rabottini’s Pizza Pop-Up at Bagelsaurus in Cambridge, and is now slinging delicious square and round pies at his very own pop-up location in Allston!
