Join former farm staff and CSA expert Stacey Daley to explore the most efficient use of your CSA share. From weekly meal planning to strategic preservation, we’ll prepare a light picnic style supper with farm vegetables as we discover the way for you to get the most out of this season’s bounty! This workshop is a great opportunity to learn the most efficient and delicious ways to preserve and prepare your CSA share, or for backyard gardeners looking for a better way to avoid waste.
